How fast can you book me in?+

Most jobs are scheduled within 3–5 business days. Urgent same-week slots are often available — just ask after booking.

Is the price really fixed?+

Yes. The price you see at checkout is the total price. No surprise call-out fees, no upsells on the day.

What if I'm not happy?+

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we return and re-clean any area that isn't perfect — at no charge.

Are you insured?+

Fully insured for $20M public liability. All technicians are trained and police-checked.

What suburbs do you service?+

All of Greater Melbourne — from Werribee to Cranbourne, Sunbury to Mornington Peninsula.

Do I need to be home?+

Not usually. As long as we have access to outside taps and to any side gates, we can complete the job and send you before/after photos.

What about water usage?+

We bring our own tanks where needed and use efficient surface cleaners that use a fraction of the water of hand-held wands.

Do you use harsh chemicals?+

No. We use biodegradable, plant-safe detergents. Pets and gardens are unaffected.

Can I bundle services?+

Yes — and you should. Bundling saves on call-outs and gives you one perfectly-clean visit.
